Glorieta Mountain Meteorite

Patrick Herrmann recently returned from an excursion in the Glorieta Mountains of New Mexico.
On his second day there he pulled this 4.83kg specimen out of the ground.
The first picture shows the meteorite about 5 minutes after he dug it up (it was only covered by about one inch of soil). The second picture shows Bob Haag's hands holding it later that day.
