The Perfect Chondrule
By Tom Phillips

The Perfect Chondrule?  Only a microscope nerd would think of that one.  Would it be barred, armored, radial or look like it came from out of this world?  Would you believe all could be found in one ugly meteorite?

Case in point, This meteorite, pulled from a very large
batch of unclassified Moroccans, looks to be weathered
to extreme on the out side but is surprisingly fresh
inside and is loaded with a multitude of chondrules.

I have identified 15.4 Kg of this meteorite and think
that is all there is from my supplier.  No telling what is circulating in batches of unclassified you might already own.  I have sent a sample to NAU and I am awaiting classification.  My purpose in sharing these images is not to get help in classification, although any observations would be appreciated,  it is to show off the CHONDRULES!

Did I mention this stuff has chondrules?  All types and sizes and some made out of material that is well, out of this world!!!
