NWA 2968 Achondrite (dunite with HEDO affinities)
TKW 268 grams (in fragments)
As David Weir says this is a new type of meteorite.  It
appears to be a sampling of the mantle of Vesta.  It is virtually all
olivine.  The lace of fine fractures is filled with metal, sulfides and
other opaques.  Some fractures contain mineral grains that show well and
in bright contrast when the rest of the specimen is put into optical extinction.
